Hey! We’re Kismet, made up of a 50/50 split of designers and programmers, we’re hoping to make a polished, feature-complete game to show off at Comx this year!

Each of our members has a wide array of skills and disciplines that we’re putting together to make the cleanest result we can, and finish up with a multiplayer game that meets our high standards of polish.

Our team comprises six passionate game developers excited to immerse you in our unique and innovative game. During the four phases of development, the team relentlessly set out to produce a production-ready vertical slice to present at COMX 2023.

Meet Skylar, Mia, Rory, and Martin – the dynamic Research Team at the University of Gloucestershire. As computer games programming students, Skylar, Mia, and Rory bring their expertise and passion for creating immersive gaming experiences, while Martin adds his knowledge of AI. Together they form a formidable group of four placement year students tasked with a diverse range of projects for both internal and external clients, working under the watchful eye of lecturer Daryl Jones.

6 Headed Moose is a team of Level 6 students Developing Chicken Coup: a chicken stealth game

Septagram Games is a team of 8 Msc Games development students creating Mobbers, a rogue-like multiplayer chaos game.

We’re a group of absolute legends making an epic DOOM-style game about exterminating western deep-sea vermin.

Pink Hills is a group of Third-year Games students with some Second-years joining for professional awareness to make Concrete Heart.

Meet the Team!

Our dedicated lecturers that make up the School of Computing & Engineering have developed and ran this exhibition for over 15 years. Not only does COMX provide a great platform to network but also to secure and liase with industry professionals from across the country.

Hi everyone ! We are appsolut. Our team consists of 2 members: Adam and Linh. We are both Level-6 Computing Technologies students. Linh is the UI/UX designer while Adam is the developer . We also have Jack on our team as a Level 5 developer.

You might be wondering what is an app doing here among all these amazing game projects, but this is our way of standing out in COMX. We are the only team that is developing an application and we can’t wait to showcase our hard work over the past months. Please come check us out and we hope you will enjoy our final product !
